The hotel met the criteria. Fairly clean, decent value venue, the location was great and pleasant next to pizzeria, Roti Den, Pig in de Rock, Scarlett's, Caribou as well as 24 hour petrol station with mini mart, a deserted beach and great restaurants including the Cliff and the Tides in Holetown which is a 10min taxi drive away.

The location is marvellous and brilliant, 3 km from Massy Stores. All in all they offer incredible service.

Lots of options for breakfast in the bar. Good location, 10 minutes' walk to Paynes Bay. Nestled near restaurants and eateries.

Make sure you stay in the villa with a larger space to cool. It has incredible, pleasant staff. We like the great location - walk from a bus stop. There is nearby Roti Hut to grab some food for the dinner...

Have stayed here many times and will be returning here soon. Had a very lovely stay for our 4th visit, everything was good. Well-maintained room with the "view ", perfect for us. The employees were highly courteous and proactive.

Spacious well equipped room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Marvellous and lovely location very close to Payne's Bay, very well maintained facilities. Amazing service at all times.

Our stay at the Beach View Hotel was fantastic. We got great value for our money with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a minute walk away and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

As for the hotel breakfast, it could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel's location was pleasant, just off Paynes bay over the road, great restaurants including the Cliff and the Tides in Holetown which is a 10min taxi drive away, and pizzeria, Roti Den, Pig in de Rock, Scarlett's, Caribou as well as 24 hour petrol station with mini mart. Besides, it was 3 km away from The Walk.

It had an excellent location by the beach, the apartments were spacious, well furnished and equipped and the family-run atmosphere was friendly and helpful.

The coffee shop/bar closes at 2.30 in the afternoon and as there is no pool bar there is nowhere to get together for a post-beach/pool drink early evening.

Truly enjoyed courteous and polite staff and spacious hotel.

The place was clean, I booked the king suite with ocean views, everything was well-maintained. The service was excellent and the pool was good. Moreover, I parked on the property.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just across the road from The Cliff Restaurant in Payne's Bay. The hotel is nestled in beautifully manicured gardens, with different pools to choose from. The staff were exceptional, continuing their routines and delivering exemplary service. The hotel offers a range of amenities including car hire, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were a great addition, and we enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness centre for some relaxation. this place is one of the best run small hotels we have stayed in worldwide.

Large rooms, savoury breakfast. Beautiful ocean views, fabulous food. Lovely and beautiful location, within walking distance of Paynes Bay. Outdoor restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The staff - personable and very good. Pleasant location to Massy grocery store which was fun in-and-of itself and easy access to a supermarket and a grocery shop.
